Yes. The office prepares the documentation and conducts registration proceedings and the registration of changes before the Business Registers Agency (Agencija za privredne registre, APR), the Serbian authority that keeps the business registers.
Do you work only with companies?
No. In addition to companies and entrepreneurs, the office provides legal assistance in registration proceedings for associations, foundations, endowments and healthcare institutions.
What are corporate status changes?
Status changes are mergers, absorptions, spin-offs, and divisions: procedures in which a company transfers its assets and liabilities to another company or is divided into several companies. They are carried out under the Serbian Law on Companies and registered with the Business Registers Agency.
How long does a company formation or a change to registered data take?
It depends on the type of change, the readiness of the documentation and the procedure before the APR. You receive an assessment of the steps and timeline after the initial conversation.
Do you work with foreign founders?
Yes. The office works with foreign nationals and foreign companies in Serbia. The office also works in English and Macedonian, and meetings can also be held online, by appointment.
