01

How the office can help.

  • Contract drafting — a contract tailored to the specific transaction and to what the parties have agreed.
  • Review before signing — checking the terms, obligations and possible risks before you sign.
  • Amendment and termination — legal assistance when a contract needs to be amended or brought to an end.
  • Negotiations — legal support in negotiating and agreeing terms with the other party.
  • Representation in disputes — representation in court when a contract dispute cannot be settled by agreement.

02

Getting started.

Email the contract or draft, or call and describe what is being agreed and with whom. After the first conversation, you will know which approach makes sense (a review, amendments, or negotiation) and what you need to provide.

Questions

03

Frequently asked questions.

Why review a contract before signing?

A contract is binding once signed. A review shows what the clauses mean in practice (deadlines, obligations, termination terms) while they can still be changed.

What if the other party breaches the contract?

Depending on the terms of the contract and the circumstances of the case, the options include demanding performance of the contractual obligation, terminating the contract, claiming damages, and seeking relief before the competent court.

Do you draft contracts for both companies and individuals?

Yes. The office drafts and reviews contracts for individuals, entrepreneurs and companies, both domestic and foreign.

Can the review be done remotely?

Online consultations are available primarily to clients abroad and outside Belgrade, by appointment. The contract is sent by email.
